One of our core business areas is strategic consulting. We provide support services to government ID verification agencies, departments of public safety, advising them on the most efficient and secure plan to deploy enterprise systems for processing citizen personally identifiable information (PII). Form 10’s executive leadership team are all military veterans who held Top Secret clearances, and therefore safeguarding confidential customer information is our top priority. 

Form 10 Group has been providing staff augmentation services for customers throughout the United States since 2004. We have worked at federal, state, county and municipal levels within the government sector, in well over 100 staff augmentation contracts. 

We offer our customers a service desk, which provides a broader scope than a help desk  offers. While both service and help desks provide IT support, a service desk encompasses a broader scope of IT service management, including incident management, problem management, and service request mana gement.

Our technicians are especially adept at repairing IT devices and procuring hard-to-find parts. We can often design and manufacture effective replacement parts of obsolete or unavailable hardware using our 3-D printer. We ensure that our inventory contains repaired and repurposed items that are most requested by our customers. 

Form 10 has proudly worked with virtual schools in order to allow more students access to the education they deserve. We have successfully enrolled 1000s of laptops and installed printers at numerous locations. 

We have partnered with higher education institutions to install interactive panels and cabling. The installations were completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to daily campus operations.
