Repair Depot

Our customers send us printers and IT devices and that are no longer operational. We immediately ship our customer an advance replacement. This ensures that our customers’ operations continue unaffected, while our technicians repair the unusable devices at our Tampa, Florida warehouse. We offer warranty repair for most major OEMs. Additionally, we can repair devices that are out of warranty.

Our technicians are especially adept at procuring hard-to-find parts. Alternatively, we can often design and manufacture effective replacement parts of obsolete or unavailable hardwa re using our 3-D printer. Once our technicians fix the item, it becomes part of our inventory until needed by a partner in the future. We ensure that our inventory contains repaired and repurposed items that are most requested by our customers.

When a device has reached its end of life and is no longer repairable, we keep all salvageable parts in our warehouse inventory and incorporate these parts when fixing another printer or IT device. We send unsalvageable parts to our electronics and IT equipment recycling partners. Our technicians can repair promptly, durably, and creatively to minimize customer downtime. Since its inception in 2017, the Repair Depot has serviced thousands of devices every year in an environmentally friendly manner.
