Form 10 Group is supporting the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles  (FLHSMV) with a cadre of qualified field service technicians located throughout the Sunshine State.  As practitioners of Forward Thinking Field Service ( FTFS ), Form 10 has been able to repeatedly deliver exceptional field service to customers in the government and private sectors and earn repeat business and priority bid partner status.

Forward Thinking Field Service  is the confluence of advanced technical training,  remote  diagnostic tools,  triage of reported issues, hot-spares at installation sites, next day  shipping of plug-and-play components,  and  bundled purchasing of spare parts to achieve  better pricing. The durability of components serves as a key selection criterion when designing a hardware solution. Our project methods of properly testing and certifying hardware ensures the repairability of all equipment. This includes developing procedures to certify a repair prior to departing the site.
