Challenge In 2020, the COVID pandemic was in full swing. Most businesses had closed, customers had stopped placing business orders, and employees were sheltered at home. Many companies faced a dilemma during this unprofitable time: downsize their workforce to save money or find work for employees despite declining revenues.
Solution
Form 10 turned the COVID pandemic into an opportunity to invest in our employees. Despite operating in uncertain times, Form 10 offered employees the opportunity to obtain certification s specific to their careers. The employees enthusiastically took this opportunity to refine their skills. They took online courses and earned the following certifications.

In addition, employees with the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification had the opportunity to renew and maintain their requirements during this time. Employees also developed training manuals and updated related documentation in anticipation of future growth for Form 10.
Conclusion
Form 10 chose to invest in its employees despite the uncertain and challenging environment that the COVID pandemic created. During this time, employees increased career-specific knowledge while recognizing that FORM 10 chose to invest in their future with the company. Form 10 had no employee attrition during COVID and is proud that five out of its eight current leadership team members have over 10 years of service with Form 10.
