2025 Sustainability Report
Form 10 is proud to publish its inaugural Sustainability Report for 2025.
Our inaugural 2025 Sustainability Report marks a pivotal shift from practicing responsible business to embedding rigorous, data-driven accountability into the very fabric of Form 10. By reporting our Green House Gas (GHG) emissions and waste management processes, we formalize our mutual goals for repsonsible environmental stewardship and IT operational excellence.
As we look toward 2026, we build upon our silver-level EcoVadis rating and our commitment deepens. The automation of our governance and pursuit of ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 attestation esnures that our national growth is matched by our unwavering dedication to transparency, information security, and a sustainble future for all stakeholders. --Michael Banks, Form 10 President & Co-Founder

Repurposing IT Devices
Form 10 Group offers a Repair Depot, our refurbishing program for customers. Once a customer identifies an IT device that is no longer useable, they send us the device and we immediately send them a replacement device. Our technicians purchase needed parts, manufacture obsolete parts using our 3D printer, and repair the nonworking device in order to extend the life of the device. In 2025, Form 10 recycled 14,000 pounds of IT equipment.
Repurposing Wooden Pallets
Form 10 frequently receives equipment that is shipped in wooden pallets, over 70% of which are repurposed as shelving for our warehouse or bottom support boards for our shipments. In 2025, Form 10 reused and recycled 3,200 pounds of wooden pallets.
